Reliable Detection Device with Narrow Range The Cura1 iBeam is a device that helps monitor patients and detects their movement. With a narrow detection range of up to 8 metres, the iBeam allows for more precise targets and therefore reduces the number of false alarms. It is ideal for busy aged care facilities or for at-home use and can be installed wherever you need to monitor movement. The Cura1 iBeam is constructed of ABS plastic and has a battery life of 6 months with normal usage. With batteries, mounting bracket, screws, and double-sided tape included, the iBeam is easy to set up near a bed, door, chair, or other locations. The device features an on/off switch to conserve battery life when not in use, as well as a low battery indicator. The iBeam works with other Cura1 cordless receivers or as a stand-alone alarm and measures 78 x 81.5 x 38.5mm. Optional cura1 2723 EzyStand for iBeam available for purchase separately. The Ezy Stand magnetically attaches to the iBeam and significantly adds to its ease of use. The stand is sturdy, attractive and perfect for both user in professional and home environments. It features a PVC base with chrome plated stand and is height adjustable from 650-885mm.
